How soon will my order be shipped?
All of our products are in stock and ship within one (1) week.
What is the warranty on your products?
All of our fire pits, heaters and fireplaces are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Fire Pit Source will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
