Designed as an insulated 6-bottle wine carrier, the Cellar comes equipped with padded, removable interior dividers and a removable water-resistant interior lining, both of which allow you to convert the Cellar into a handy cooler to tote your food and beverages. The exterior is made of durable ripstop polyester in solid black with a water-resistant PVC base. The interior is fully-insulated 420D nylon in gray. The adjustable shoulder strap has a movable comfort pad so you can carry the Cellar however it is most comfortable. ThermoGuard insulation and a pearlized foil lid help keep your wine or food cool for hours, and an extra large gusseted pocket is located on the front exterior for you to store valuables or other food items. If you would prefer to roll this cooler around, choose the Cellar with Trolley option, which incorporates a heavy-duty luggage trolley (39" tall, 18" folded, maximum weight capacity of 77 lbs.) that conveniently slips into the backside of the Cellar. To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Fire Pit Source, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Fire Pit Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Fire Pit Source. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Fire Pit Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Fire Pit Source Return Procedure will be breached and Fire Pit Source will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Fire Pit Source will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Fire Pit Source charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Fire Pit Source prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
