This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

This 4 Quart 2-Sided Hopper features a 5/8" Poly-lumber taupe base and a removable seed tray. Acrylic panels on each side make this a great feeder to watch birds feed. The Poly-lumber is made from recycled plastic and milk jugs with a lifetime guarantee to never crack, split or fade.
