This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

However, the Basic 30 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedure set forth in the RETURN POLICY tab of the product specification listings is followed. If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.


The Double Decker Platform Bird Feeder features a 5/8" poly-lumber taupe base with roof and hanging cable. Poly-lumber is made from recycled plastic and milk jugs and is guaranteed for life to never crack, split or fade. This platform bird feeder also has aluminum hinges, stainless steel screws and a removable seed tray, which makes this feeder easy to clean and provides drainage to keep seed dry./p>
